Shipping and Delivery Policy

I want to ensure your new artwork arrives in the same perfect condition it leaves my studio. Because these prints are delicate, all orders are sent exclusively via Registered Post. This is the only way I can guarantee your piece is handled with the care it deserves; as such, I do not offer a standard (untracked) postage option.

Delivery Timelines

Please allow the following estimated windows for your order to arrive:

Ireland & UK: Up to 12 working days.
Europe & Rest of World: Up to 15 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your piece is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Important: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" or "Attempted Delivery," it becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow this with the postal service. If you miss a delivery, please contact An Post directly with your tracking number to arrange a collection or redelivery.

Postage costs are calculated based on your region and will be clearly displayed at checkout. To avoid any surprises, please see my flat rates below:

Please note that customers are responsible for any import custom and duty charges. If applicable, please consult your own governments website for further information.

Please allow up 5-10 working days for orders within Ireland.
Orders to the UK can take 12-15 working days.
International orders may take 15+ working days.

During busy periods for example; Christmas, a collection release or sales, orders may take a little longer than normal so please bear this in mind.

When shipping internationally, we dispatch using An Post registered post. Each order is tracked with a tracking number. Once your artwork leaves Ireland and is en route to its destination, it is handed over to the destination countries international carrier (i.e. USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK). Tracking continues if that country's service participates in universal tracking. Some countries offer limited tracking or none at all for international registered items. In this case you won’t see delivery updates and might only see "dispatched from Ireland". A key feature of Registered Post is a signature upon delivery (or proof of delivery), even if online tracking stops.
